FAQ

It says "unable to join due to privacy settings" when I try to join, what should I do?

You need to click the "add friend" button on the claims page and wait 2-5 minutes until the bot adds you, then rejoin the game.

The bot isn't sending me a trade, what do I do?


Make sure your pet inventory isn't full (sell a few pets if needed) and rejoin the server.

The bot only gave me one pet when I ordered more than one of the same! (e.g. 2 Raccoons, 3 Dragonflies, etc).

You need to rejoin the same server multiple times, it sends trades one at a time.

One of my items say it's "out of stock" or "needs manual delivery", what should I do?
